These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of invidigital Website,

1.100% Payment should be made advance 

2. Job will be delivered only when we receive the payment 

    In case of payment done from your account but we didn't receive it won't be 

    Our responsibility , any technical issue of the bank won’t be our fault 

    We’ll provide the Job only after the we receive the Payment that too 100%

3.In case of theft or if someone else scanned the scanner and has done the payment  

     from your account, refund won’t be given back and we won’t be even responsible 

     for this condition.

4. In case of cancellation of the Job there can be  a exchange but no Refund 

5. We require 3 working days to deliver your Job.

6. There would be only 1 revisions free any further revisions will require 350 Rs per revisions.

7. We accept Advance payment and once the order is placed.

8. Cancellation policy: 50% of the Advance money would be 

      returned to the customer if the order is canceled.

The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and all Agreements: “Client”, “You” and “Your” refers to you, the person log on this website and compliant to the Company’s terms and conditions. “The Company”, “Ourselves”, “We”, “Our” and “Us”, refers to our Company. “Party”, “Parties”, or “Us”, refers to both the Client and ourselves. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance, and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in respect of the provision of the Company’s stated services.

Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.

What will be customized in your video, and What will be included in the above Standard Price?

Text content or details in the Invitation (For Example Names, Date, Time, Venue, etc.)
Please provide the content carefully also cross-check for spelling mistakes as we will add the exact same content provided by you.
Images/Photos that you will provide to us (if shown in the video template you selected)
Only provided images will be added; you can’t change the images again & again.
In Animated Vector character invites video, the color of the dress, face, hair can be changed, but the cost will be 500/-INR
If more changes are required in templates, extra charges will be applicable.
You will get JPEG/PDF format for eCard & Mp4 format for video invites. Source file will not be provided.
Anyone Song as per your choice (If wants to change the present song of the video. Here you need to share a song or song link that you want to replace. We do not provide any song editing or cutting service. You need to give us the final song.)
If you want to change font style, font color, background color, or anything else in the present template then it will be charged additional & you need to tell us about the same before order confirmation. You can check estimated pricing for it on the advanced customization tab online or discuss it with us on WhatsApp number again.
Free Revision : One round of revision is free from our side. (Any changes after the invite approval or 1st round corrections will be charged an extra $10 in USD & Rs. 500 in INR per round of revision.)

Delivery Days : Standard Delivery (within 3-7 working days). Urgent Delivery will be charged Extra as mentioned online (1-2 working days)

Delivery Format : You will get HD Quality, Mp4 video that will be shared via mail or WhatsApp as you mentioned.

Watermark & Logo : Our corner Logo & Watermark seen throughout the video will be removed from your final video template, we only keep the logo in the last frame. (If wants to remove that also, it will be charged extra as mentioned on the page.)

Content Liability

We shall not be held responsible for any content that appears on your Website. You agree to protect and defend us against all claims that is rising on your Website. No link(s) should appear on any Website that may be interpreted as libelous, obscene or criminal, or which infringes, otherwise violates, or advocates the infringement or other violation of, any third party rights

Licence 

Unless otherwise stated, invidigital and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on invidigital. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may access this from invidigital for your own personal use subjected to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.
